BuShips Directive 1702-14 was issued 28 February 2017 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive appoints a new command triad for HMS Invictus (SD-406).

Captain Lundgren:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Invictus (SD-403), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer in service to the Crown, relieving Commodore Dame Cindy Jeffers, KDE, CR, QBM, CBM, RMN. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
Additionally, the following personnel are appointed under your command in the following billets:
- LCDR Benjamin T. Rittgers, GS, CBM (RMN-1339-13) is hereby appointed as EXECUTIVE OFFICER and brevetted to the rank of COMMANDER, RMN.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to express its appreciation to Dame Cindy for her service as Commanding Officer.
