BuShips Directive 1602-04 was issued on 4 February 2016 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive appoints the Small Craft Liaison.

Re:	Appointment of Small Craft Liaison Officer

Attention to Orders:

As of this date, on the authority of the Third Space Lord, Admiral of the Green Lord Sir John Roberts, KDE, SC Earl New Mecklenburg, I am pleased and privileged to announce the appointment of Lieutenant (sg) Oliver Kindzorra, RMN, to the position of Small Craft Liaison within the Bureau of Ships.

LTSG Kindzorra is hereby brevetted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander, and will report directly to the office of the Deputy Third Space Lord.

The above orders are effective 4 February 2016.
