BuShips Directive 1601-01 was issued on 1 January 2016 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It commissions HMS Testudo (CL-415).
Order Text
My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on January 1, 2016, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Testudo (CL-415), under the command of Commander Darryl Hobbs. This is an Avalon Class Light Cruiser and is assigned to the Third Fleet, based in Winston-Salem, NC.
As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Testudo:
- Commander Darryl Hobbs (and assigned as CO, HMS Testudo)
- Lieutenant Commander Tamara Massey (and assigned as HMS Testudo)
- Chief Petty Officer Jennifer Mallow-Canter (and assigned as Bosun, HMS Testudo)
- ENS David Canter
- CPO Charlie Brown
- SP3C Brandon Andreozzi
- SP3C Cheyenne Canter
- SP3C Laitynne Mallow
- SP3C Keeva Mallow-Andreozzi
