BuShips Directive 1512-05 was issued on 15 December 2015 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive commissions GNS Mercy (DD-43).
Order Text
My fellow members of the Grand Alliance,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on December 15, 2015, it is my duty to announce the Change of Command for GNS Mercy (DD-43), under the command of Commander Elisabeth Bickerton. This is a Joshua Class Destroyer and is assigned to the Fourth Fleet, based in Thetford, Norfolk, United Kingdom.
The new Command Staff is as follows:
- Commander Elisabeth Bickerton (CO, GNS Mercy)
- Lt. Commander CliveTroubman (XO, GNS Mercy)
