BuShips Directive 1511-13 was issued on 21 November 2015 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive commissions RHNS Seljuk.

My fellow Members of the Grand Alliance,

Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on November 21, 2015, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of RHNS Seljuk (SD-903), under the command of Captain, junior grade Garrett Littrell (RHN). This is a Haven Class Superdreadnought and is assigned to the Tenth Fleet, based in Kittitas, WA.

As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Seljuk:
