BuShips Directive 1510-14 was issued on 31 October 2015 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive recommissions HMS Reuben James.

My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on October 31, 2015, it is my pleasure to announce the re-commissioning of HMS Reuben James (DD-570), under the command of Lt. Commander Greg Barnette. This is a Roland Class Destroyer and is assigned to the Third Fleet, based in Anderson, SC.

As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Reuben James:
