BuShips Directive 1506-02 was issued 8 June 2015 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It commissions HMS Peregrine (DD-1291).

My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on June 8, 2015, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Peregrine (DD-1291), under the command of Lt. Commander Cliff Stornel. This is a Falcon Class Destroyer and is assigned to the Sixth Fleet, based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Peregrine:
- Lt. Commander Cliff Stornel (assigned as CO of HMS Peregrine)
- Lieutenant, senior grade Alex Stornel (assigned as XO of HMS Peregrine)
- Chief Petty Officer Pierre LeBlond (assigned as Bosun of HMS Peregrine)
- Spacer 3rd Class Carol LeBlond
- Spacer 3rd Class Julie Gelmich
- Spacer 3rd Class Kevin Grummett
The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated below:
- Cliff Stornel to Lieutenant Commander
- Alex Stornel to Lieutenant, senior grade
- Pierre LeBlond to Chief Petty Officer
