BuPers Directive 2308-03 was issued on 26 August 2023 by the Fifth Space Lord. This directive appoints the Bureau of Personnel Yeoman for the Office of Member Services.

Obergefreiter Ender Turner, you are hearby ordered to report to Captain (SG) Nathan Camarda before proceeding to Konteradmiral Geoff Zoeller to take up your new position as the Yeoman for the Office of Member Services. With the higher responsibilities required of this position you are hereby granted a brevet to Obermaat. This order is effective 26 Aug 2023.
