You are hereby directed and required to report to CAPTSG Bill Knight, RMN, Director of E-certificates for the Bureau of Communications, in your new capacity as Yeoman of the Bureau of Communications. Fail not in this charge at your peril.

Based upon the requirements of your new position, you are hereby brevetted to the rank of SPACER FIRST CLASS, RMN.

The above orders are effective this date, 30 August 2020.
