As of the 22nd of November, Captain (JG) Joe Max Hinson III, KDE, MC, OG, MR, CGM, GS, QBM, RMN, is appointed to the position of Chief of Staff for the Bureau of Communications, with all rights and responsibilities associated with that role. You are therefore carefully and diligently to discharge your Duty as such in the Rank of Captain Senior Grade. Captain (SG) Hinson, please take your position post haste. Hereof nor you nor any of you may fail as you will answer the contrary at your Peril.
We also would like to thank Captain (SG) Erik Plossl, KDE, CBM, RMN for his service in the Office of the Fourth Space Lord, as the Chief of Staff.
