For the assistance provided to the Acting Chief of Staff, and subsequent Deputy Space Lord of the Bureau of Communications during the transition into these new roles as well as explaining many of the specific requirements and processes in the daily activities within the area of the Bureau of Communications, Commodore Joseph Harney is awarded the Navy Achievement Medal. The level of communication, assistance and explanation needed in some areas went well above that which was expected. Well Done!
