As of the date of this order, and upon review of the relevant records, by my hand and the authority vested in me as commanding officer, Second Fleet, I hereby make the following announcements:


Having met the academic requirements necessary for promotion, completed the requisite Time in Grade and showing superior commitment to duty in the face of danger, I am proud to announce the following promotions


  • Leutnant der Sterne Nathan L Marzolf, IAN, HMS Beowulf to Oberleutnant der Sterne
  • Ensign Michael D Cartwright Sr, RMN, HMS Helen, to Lieutenant (JG)
