Bravo Zulu to the below named Royal Manticoran Navy personnel who volunteered with, and assisted LionCon 2019 in the following operational capacities.
Effective 5 November, 2019, the following personnel are awarded the Queen's Bravery Medal for actions above and beyond the call of duty, making the Fleet actions during LionCon 2019 a success:

Effective 5 November, 2019, the following personnel are awarded the Conspicuous Bravery Medal for actions above and beyond the call of duty before and during LionCon 2019:

- S1C Jeffrey Paul LENZ, RMN HMS Javelin
Effective 5 November, 2019, the following personnel are awarded the Meritorious Service Medal for exceptional performance during LionCon 2019:
