RE: Appointment of the Senior Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (HMND 2407-04)

MCPO Toland:

You are directed and required to assume the role and responsibilities of Senior Master Chief of the Navy, relieving SMCPO Chris Baye, RMN. Fail not in this duty at your peril.

HMND 2407-04.01: In taking on this command, you are breveted to the rank of SENIOR MASTER CHIEF PETTY OFFICER (E-10), and hereby entitled to all rights and privileges therein.

HMND 2407-04.02: SMCPO Baye is hereby awarded the DISTINGUISHED SERVICE ORDER (DSO) in thanks for his over 5 years of exemplary service in the Office of the First Space Lord and to the enlisted members of the Royal Manticoran Navy as a whole.

The above directive is issued with an effective date of 16 July 2024.
