RE: Appointment of the Commanding Officer of the Second Naval District (HMND- 2402-03)

Captain Kuhn,

HMDN-2402-03.01: You are directed and required to proceed with all due haste to Headquarters, Second Naval District, to relieve VADM Chris Thompson, RMN, Baron Calabasas as Commanding Officer. Fail not in this duty at your peril.

HMDN-2402-03.02: Captain Kuhn, by order of the First Space Lord, you are promoted to the rank of REAR ADMIRAL (F-2), and hereby entitled to all rights and privileges therein.

The above directive is issued with an effective date of 9 February 2024.

The Office of the First Space Lord would like to thank VADM Calabasas for his service to Gryphon Fleet.
