RE: Appointment of the Commanding Officer of the Thirteenth Naval District (HMND- 2402-02)

Captain Váca,

HMDN-2402-02.01: You are directed and required to proceed with all due haste to Headquarters, Thirteenth Naval District, to relieve VADM Ludmila Kovářová , RMN, Baroness Black Wood as Commanding Officer. Fail not in this duty at your peril. The First Space Lord wishes to thank Baroness Black Wood for her service to the Silesian Fleet.

HMDN-2402-02.02: Captain Váca, by order of the First Space Lord, you are promoted to the rank of REAR ADMIRAL (F-2), and hereby entitled to all rights and privileges therein.

HMDN-2402-02.03: MCPO Dominika Karolína Janečková RMN, is ordered to report to Headquarters, Thirteenth Naval District, to relieve RADM Kveta Tonova, Baroness New Talin as Deputy Commanding Officer and Commanding officer BatCruRon 39 thereof. The First Space Lord wishes to thank RADM New Talin for her service to Silesian Fleet.

HMDN-2402-02.04: MCPO Dominika Karolína Janečková, by order of the First Space Lord, you are promoted to the rank of COMMODORE (F-1), and hereby entitled to all rights and privileges therein.

HMDN-2402-02.05: For their exemplary service for many years to Silesian Fleet, VADM Black Wood and RADM New Talin are hereby awarded the Order of the Crown for Naval Service!

The above directives are issued with immediate effect.
