Re:	Appointment of the Fifth Space Lord (Naval Directive 20MA-01)

As of 0001 hours, March 23, 2020, Commodore David Misener is appointed to the position of Fifth Space Lord, with all rights and responsibilities associated with that role.

Commodore Misener, you are directed and required to report to the Bureau of Personnel and assume the duties of Fifth Space Lord, relieving Rear Admiral Bahia Cadiz. Due to the nature and size of your new appointment and duties, you are hereby promoted to Rear Admiral of the Red.
