As of the date of this Order, by my hand, at the request of the Ship’s Commander and Crew, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, and in accordance with the approval of the Grayson High Admiral and Home Fleet Commander, I hereby assign GNS Covington, CLAC-01 to Third Fleet.
This order made under my hand will be effective 0001 hours 11-DEC-18.
