Re:	Chief of Staff to the First Space Lord (ND 13SE-01)

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Lt. Commander M Zachariah Fraser as Chief of Staff to the First Space Lord, reporting directly therein, effective 04-Sept-12.

This Officer is now afforded the honours and privileges associated with the above Billets, Ranks and Title.
