Re:	Appointment of Seventh Fleet Commanding Officer (Naval Directive 11AP-03)

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby Appoint Captain Junior Grade Jan Cabrnoc to the position of Commanding Officer of the Seventh Fleet and the Seventh Naval District with all of the authority and responsibility requisite thereof, effective 27-APR-11.

As a Numbered Fleet Commander your duties are primarily focused on recruiting in your naval Districts. Your cooperation with the Space Lords is expected and your mentorship of future appointees to the individual task forces will be so as well.
