Attention to Orders:

Effective as of 0001 Hours on 19 May 2025, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the commissioning of RHNS Subutai (BC-5803). This is a Warlord D Class Battle Cruiser and is assigned to Haven Fleet (Massillon, OH, USA).

The following personnel are hereby transferred and permanently assigned to RHNS Subutai (BC-5803) as the vessel’s Keel Plate Owners:

Based upon the requirements of the service the following brevets are approved:

Yrica Eloise Butt to O-5 Commander, RHN, in service to the Republic
Elisabeth J Grutzmacher to E-8 Senior Chief Petty Officer, in service to the Crown

After this commissioning, HMS Vixen (DD-174) shall be transferred to the Active Fleet Reserves after an inspection and any repairs deemed necessary. The vessel shall be available for recommissioning at a later date.

Subsequent to this order, MARDET Vixen is to stand down and await further orders from Marine Forces Command.
