You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Hexapuma (CA-412), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Executive Officer, relieving Fregattenkapitan Thorben Dirk Kottenhahn, IAN, in service to the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.

The above directive is effective on this date, 02 March, 2025.
