To conform to Admiralty Order 1612-01 as of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, the following will take effect on January 1, 2017;
1) Corps Directive 02-1610 is to be rescinded.
2) Brevets for ALL positions of responsibility, including, but not limited to all echelon commanders/executive commanders/senior NCO and all RMMC staff positions, shall not be granted and/or approved unless the individual being appointed to the position has successfully completed the necessary tests for the rank for which they are to be brevetted.
The above effective 06-DEC-16.
