Job Purpose

To serve as the senior enlisted advisor to the Fleet Commanding Officer

Duties

1. Participate in Fleet Staff meetings as requested by the Chief of Staff
2. Serve as the voice of the enlisted crewmembers to the CO and Fleet Staff
3. Works in coordination with the SMCPON, other Fleet/Service Senior Enlisted, and the Bosuns within the Fleet and subordinate units down to individual ships/units to encourage and improve enlisted development

Skills

1. Time management and scheduling skills
2. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
3. Familiarity with TRMN Forums, Discord, Facebook, G Suite, and other information sources
4. Creative thinking and analysis skills

Qualifications

1. Be a member in good standing in TRMN, within the Area of Operation.
2. Hold a minimum rank of SCPO (Senior Chief Petty Officer) or be eligible for promotion by having completed the required coursework
3. Be compliant with the ""two-hat"" rule upon taking this position
4. Commit to hold this position for a minimum of 12 months
5. Complete and pass the TRMN Background Check
