Category:Chapter Documents

These are primarily "Documents" categories for Chapters both Active and Inactive. However, the chapter page proper will go in its Chapter Category, as well as in a Governance category tree.

Unlike Branch, Bureau, Fleet and other Document Categories, these are not limited to documents issued under authority of the Chapter: it is used to tag in other Documents that pertain to the Chapter directly.

A few examples:

• If an Award Order is giving a Unit award to a whole Chapter, add that chapter's category (ships use the HCN for their Chapter.)
• If an Award Order is only giving an award to an individual member of a Chapter, do NOT add that chapter's category.
• Exception: if the Award is being given by the CO of that Chapter, it is being made under their authority as head of that Chapter, and their chapter category goes on that Document page.
• If someone is being appointed to a position in a Chapter, tag it with the chapter category.
• Apply the same logic as above to attached sub-chapters, such as Pinnaces: add the parent chapter's category.
