Greetings and welcome to the Commanding Officer’s Manual for the Royal Manticoran Navy. This manual is designed to provide you, the CO or prospective CO, with information and ideas to help you organize and operate your chapter while enjoying your time in the RMN.

This manual is designed to give you tools and ideas in order to have a complete picture of the operational aspects of ship Command and Organization in the RMN. While written primarily for COs of RMN chapters, the information included herein is applicable to all chapters of the Royal Manticoran Navy. It is written from an RMN perspective only because RMN chapters are the overwhelming bulk of all active chapters in the RMN. This is by no means a slight on any chapter of any other Allied Powers.

In addition to this Manual and other resources available on the TRMN site, I strongly encourage you to join the TRMN Facebook and Discord pages. Joining is not required, it is only mentioned here as an additional resource for you to consider. This networking opportunity opens up the ability to quickly ask questions of other leaders and share resources without having to create everything from scratch yourself and without having to reinvent the wheel each time you need something accomplished.
