To:	All Officers and Enlisted in The Royal Manticoran Navy all allied navies, armed forces and Civilians.
From:	RADM, Dundonald, Seventh Space Lord
Re:	Appointment of Chief of Staff, Bureau of Supply (Supply Directive 2108-03)

It is my pleasure, as of this date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, to hereby appoint Commander Todd Sampson, RMN, to the position of Chief of Staff to the Bureau of Supply.

In order to fulfill the duties of Chief of Staff, in accordance with and authorized by the Bureau of Personnel, Commander Todd Sampson is brevetted to the rank of Captain Junior Grade.

Captain Sampson is requested and required to report to Admiralty House with all due haste, where he will take up the duties and responsibilities of Chief of Staff, Bureau of Supply. Fail not in your duties, for you will answer to the contrary to your own peril.
