For assisting CSMCPO Krick, despite not possessing any official assignment with the Bureau of Supply, in maintaining a high level of morale within the Bureau’s Discord server. 1SC Wagner’s efforts has brought a smile to many faces and a well needed laugh during the pandemic and has helped spread joy during a time of darkness for many members within the organization. Their efforts are a credit to themselves, their ship, and the Royal Manticoran Navy: the Official Honor Harrington Fan Association.
