Re:	Appointment of Southwest Regional Director to Seventh Space Lord

Attention to Orders:

As of this date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint CPO Robyn Winans (GSN) to the position of Southwest Regional Director to the Seventh Space Lord of the Admiralty.

CPO Robyn Winans, you are hereby ordered to the Admiralty House – Landing, Manticore. Post haste, where you will assume the office of, Southwest Regional Director - Seventh Space Lord.

You are also hereby brevetted to the rank of Master Chief Petty Officer.
