To:	All Officers and Enlisted in the Royal Manticoran Navy, and all Officers and Enlisted in the Grayson Space Navy.
From:	John Roberts, Admiral of the Green
Re:	Decommissioning HMS Havoc (BuShips Directive 1610-13)

Attention to Orders:

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I Decommission HMS Havoc (DD-01) and place the ship in the Reserve Fleet for future use as may be needed. The crew of this vessel is hereby transferred to {{#if:hcn

In addition, I do hereby direct the Bureau of Personnel to reduce the following member of the HMS Havoc to their permanent ranks as indicated below:

• Tammy Wilcox to the rank of Spacer, 3rd Class (E-1)
