Re:	Decommissioning HMS Galahad (BuShips Directive 1610-11)

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I Decommission HMS Galahad (DD-478) and place the ship in the Reserve Fleet for future use as may be needed. The crew of this vessel is hereby transferred to the {{#if:hcn
