My fellow Members of the Grand Alliance,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on November 15, 2014, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Interloper, SD-460, under the command of Captain (s.g.) Jason Cordova. This is an Invictus Class Super Dreadnought and is assigned to the Third Fleet, based in Clifton Forge, VA.
As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Interloper:
