Order Text

Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on November 11, 2014, it is my duty to announce the change of Command for HMS Princess Samantha, CA-100, under the command of Captain (j.g.) Karolyn Byers. This is a Prince Consort Class Heavy Cruiser and is assigned to the Third Fleet, based in Waynseboro, VA.

The new Executive Office will be:

• Commander Heather Noon

The CO, Bosun and remaining crew are unchanged at this time.

The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated below

• Heather Noon to Commander

The former XO, Linda Needham, is hereby reduced to her permanent grade of Spacer Second Class
