My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on July 28, 2014, it is my duty to announce a change of Command for HMS Juggernaut, CA-397, under the command of Captain (j.g.) Melyssa Smith. This is a Saganami-B Class Heavy Cruiser and is assigned to the Sixth Fleet, based in Norman, OK.

The new Executive Officer for HMS Juggernaut is:

• Commander Joseph Barrow

The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated below

• Joseph Barrow to Commander

The remaining crew and Command Staff of HMS Juggernaut are unchanged.
