BuShips Directive 1404-01
BuShips Directive 1404-01 was issued 1 April 2014 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It changes command for HMS Rigel.
Order Text
Effective as of 0001 Hours on April 1, 2014, it is my duty to announce the change of command for HMS Rigel, BC-591. The new Command Staff is as follows:
- Captain, j.g. Ed Wandall, CBM, as Commanding Officer
The XO, Bosun and other crew of HMS Rigel remain unchanged at this time.
The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:
- Ed Wandall to the rank of Captain, junior grade
