My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on November 17, 2013, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Snow Leopard, CA-425, under the command of Captain, j.g. Zack Fraser. This is a Saganami-C Class Heavy Cruiser and is assigned to the First Fleet, based in Manchester, CT.

As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Snow Leopard:

• Captain, j.g. Zack Fraser (CO of HMS Snow Leopard)
• Commander Thomas Karpf (XO of HMS Snow Leopard)
• Chief Petty Officer Jessie Karpf (Bosun of HMS Snow Leopard)
• 2nd Lieutenant Joseph Grieco (RMMC)
• Spacer 3rd Class Sunshyn Vanderheiden
• Spacer 3rd Class Lauren Marino
• Spacer 3rd Class Greg Benway
• Spacer 3rd Class David Karpf
• Spacer 3rd Class Carl Pease
• Spacer 3rd Class Cheryl Grieco
• Private Tim Grondhal (RMMC)

The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated below

• Zack Fraser to Captain, j.g. (and assigned as CO of HMS Snow Leopard)
• Thomas Karpf to Commander (and assigned as XO of HMS Snow Leopard)
• Joseph Grieco to Second Lieutenant (RMMC)

This action also places HMS Tristram, DD-479, into the reserve fleet for future use as needed.
