Effective as of 0001 Hours on March 23, 2012, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of the |GNS Hermes, CL-73. This is a Disciple-class Light Cruiser under the Command of Commander Keith Manley and is assigned to the Grayson Space Navy.
