BuShips Directive 1104-01

BuShips Directive 1104-01 was issued 23 April 2011 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It commissioned the HMS Iwo Jima, LTH-06 as the first ship built outside the United States.

My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours on April 23, 2011, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of the HMS Iwo Jima. This is a Guadalcanal-class Heavy Amphibious Troop Transport under the Command of Captain, j.g., Jan Cabrnoch and is assigned to the Seventh Fleet.

As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are brevetted to the indicated ranks below:

• Jan Cabrnoch to Captain, Junior Grade (assigned as CO, HMS Iwo Jima)
• Jan Tomicek to Major (O-4) (assigned as XO, HMS Iwo Jima)
• Stanislav Cech to Staff Sergeant (E-6) (assigned as CPO, HMS Iwo Jima)
• Ivo Heger to 1st Lieutenant (O-2)
• Jan Hemerka to 2nd Lieutenant (O-1)
• Eduard Klima to Staff Sergeant (E-6)
• Rick Worthy to Platoon Sergeant (E-5)
• Ivo Adamek to Platoon Sergeant (E-5)
• Katerina Greplova to Petty Officer 3rd Class (E-4)
• Jaroslav Soukup to Private First Class (E-2)
