As of this date, 19 JUN 2017, after consulting with the First Space Lord and the First Lord of the Admiralty, the following numbering scheme will be used for all manuals going forward. Manuals will be numbered according to their component. When a manual covers more than one component, it will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis to determine what components number should be used. Existing manuals will be renumbered and re-issued under their new number in the coming months.
