Effective as of 0001 Hours on 04 July 2026, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the commissioning of HMS Talisman, (CL-212) This is a Talisman class Light Cruiser and is assigned to the Talbott Fleet.

Subsequent to the commissioning, HMS Ivanhoe, (DD-480) shall be transferred to the Active Fleet Reserves, following an inspection and any repairs deemed necessary. The vessel shall be made available for recommissioning at a later date.
