By my Authority as Chief of Staff of the Royal Manticore Army, I hereby promote Jeffrey John Hughes to the rank of 2nd Lieutenant of the Royal Manticore Army. You are to assume the Executive Officers position in the 11th Hussar’s. You are to report to 2nd Lieutenant John Brice Commanding Officer for duty. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
