By my Authority as Chief of Staff of the Royal Manticore Army, Master Sergeant Michael Tolleson (RMN-5765-19) is hereby directed and required to assume the duties and position Sergeant Major of the, Royal Manticore Army. Master Sergeant Tolleson is hereby promoted to Sergeant Major (E-9) having completed the required courses and minimum rank requirement for the position Fail not in this charge at your peril.
