Re:	Reassignment of the Art Department (ND: 20SE-01)

My Lord,

With the advice and consent of the Second Space Lord, RADM New Hastings, responsibility for all artwork for The Royal Manticoran Navy and its affiliated branches and groups shall be reassigned to the Bureau of Communications. All definitions of artwork outlined in Admiralty Order 1406-01 shall apply to this directive (to also include any Policy Documents created while the department was in BuPlan), and further covers all artwork utilized in any marketing or promotional capacity, including print, audio, and visual mediums, whether digital or printed in nature.

The Bureau of Communications is further directed to work in cooperation with the Earl Marshal of the College of Arms in aiding in the creation of heraldic artwork, such as crests and arms for utilization by The Royal Manticoran Navy.
