As of the date of this Order, I am announcing the creation of the Midshipman/Cadet School of the Royal Manticoran Navy. Its purpose is to serve new members is between the ages of 13 and 16 who are not part of the Sphinx Forestry Service and who choose to follow a military path in the Organization.
It will be the focal point for all of the RMN Services for their Midshipman and Cadet programs. With its training being shared by all of the RMN Service Branches and drawing its Instructors from all Branches.
It will be headquartered at the Saganami Island Naval Academy with branches at the Academies of each of the Services.
As the program continues to develop more information will be issued,
