Due to communications difficulties Capt Johnstone has been unable to complete her duties as SIA CO. As of this date she is relieved of duty.
Capt(JG) Bruce Crews (RMN-6023-19) is appointed as the Commandant of Saganami Island Academy, and in line with the required duties promoted to Commodore.
