Commander Robert Gartner (RMN-0425-11) of HMS Invincible is hereby appointed to the position of Impeller Instructor in the Engineering Department of the Saganmai Island Naval Academy Technical Specialties Center effective 9 April 2016.
Ensign Brian Moore (RMN-3069-15) of HMS Drake is hereby appointed to the position of Electronic Warfare Instructor in the Tactical Department of the Saganmai Island Naval Academy Technical Specialties Center effective 9 April 2016.
