As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III,
I hereby appoint Captain (SG) Bruns, Wayne (RMN-0855-13), Regent of the Landing University System. You are also hereby brevetted to
Commodore (F-1), and will function as (C-16) Resident Minister for the Landing University System system.
Minister Bruns, you are hereby ordered to report to the office of the Regent, Landing University, City of Landing, Manticore, post haste, where you will assume the office of Regent of Landing University System. You are to assume the duties of the administration of the Landing University System and its Colleges, and the development of additional Schools and Colleges therein.
