By my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby make the following appointment:

Senior Master Chief Ken O’Dell, OC, NS, ME, CBM, (RMN-1121-12) is appointed to the position of Command Senior Master Chief of BuTrain.

Chief O’Dell, you are hereby ordered to report, post haste, to Admiralty House and the 6th Space Lord to assume your duties.In Honor of the Queen!
