BuShips Directive 1602-01 was issued on 3 February 2016 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive changes command of HMS Kay.

My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on February 3, 2016, it is my duty to announce the Change of Command for HMS Kay, under the command of Lt. Commander Aaron Clark. This is a Roland Class Destroyer and is assigned to the Sixth Fleet, based in Mayflower, AR.
As of this date, the new Bosun for HMS Kay is:
- CPO David Heard
The CO, XO, and remaining crew of HMS Kay remain unchanged at this time.
The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated below:
- David Heard to Chief Petty Officer
