Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on July 11, 2013, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of {{#if:hcn

}}}}, under the command of Lt. Commander Michael Hunnicutt. This is a Havoc Class Destroyer and is assigned to the Third Fleet, based in Smithfield, VA.
As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Devastation:
- Lieutenant Commander Michael Hunnicutt (CO of HMS Devastation)
- Lieutenant, Senior Grade Gene Roub (XO of HMS Devastation)
